I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and had a charming colonial feel, making me feel right at home. The service held the bar high with the staff being super friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for exploring the Old Town area of Winchester, offering a great value. The dining experience was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch, providing a wonderful overall experience.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with a large bathroom but leans towards an old-fashioned décor. The service can be inconsistent but some staff members go above and beyond to address concerns. In a fantastic location within walking distance of various restaurants and attractions, yet not without some minor issues. Dining options are satisfactory, although improvements could enhance the experience. Overall, a decent stay with room for enhancing guest satisfaction.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were beautifully designed, and I particularly loved the marble shower in the bathroom. The hotel has a nice bar and restaurant, and there are plenty of interesting places to explore within walking distance. However, there was some noise due to ongoing construction nearby.
